Is it just me or does the soundtrack on the CD differ from that in the film? The bit I noticed was the final showdown - on screen there is a bit where the music stops for a few seconds and the tinkly bells ease you softly back into it again, right in the middle of the build up to the gunfire. However on the soundtrack CD this bit isn't present and it seems to be missing a final chord as well. Am I mad or has anyone else noticed this?

The part on the soundtrack where you have the deep slow guitar is the empty part in the movie and I too was dissapointed to not have the bells or the sort of machine gun sounds in the beggining.

Guys, you need the complete soundtrack. there, you will find a total of 21 tracks, the last one called "IL Triello" The Trio last 7:14 Minutes. I have it and really don't regret it.  http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00005EF9Y/002-1670679-9613663?v=glance&n=5174

The only track really missing in this one is a track called "The last partnership", but a good fellow here gave it to us in MP3 and I've included it in the complete edition

For the Gunshots at the beginning, another fellow here gave us a complete album containing more tracks than the one on amazon, including the main theme with gunshots

Now that you've called me by name... Grin

There isn't much music in "The Last Partnership" but  there are quite a few other tracks that I'm still missing from an official release. If you're gonna get the expanded 21 track release make sure you get the one from GDM (2001) which is the one in Denys' link. Wink

Judging from the faltering italian of the titles this is a USA product. Where do I buy it?
