FaFDM DVD - Missing scene?

I keep forgetting to ask this, and I don't know if it was ever brought up on the old board, so here goes...

I thought I saw something missing in the DVD version in the scene where Indio and his gang are beating on Monco and Mortimer. At first, Indio is the only one laughing at the scene, but soon the other bandits join in. But then Indio stops laughing, his smile fades into a frown...and then the cut comes.

On the VHS version I have, Indio leaps down from the wall, yelling at them to stop it. He also tells Nino to tie them up in a side room. When one of the others asks Indio why he wants them to remain alive, that's where the cut ended, as Indio asked what the El Paso sherrif was doing at that point.

So why didn't the DVD have that little snippet?

Another scene that is missing even from the DVD is Clint with a hooker in bed. I've seen a photo of this scene. I believe it is from this film. If not, then it is GBU.

Yeah, everything I've heard about the prostitute scene has been about GBU.

For this, I was just lucky in that I have two versions of the film.

You are right, the scene is missing in DVD. It's the international version of the film: in the italian vhs the scene is present and also when Clint enters the saloon in White Rocks the scene is cut during the thunder...it's a pity! The scene with Clint and Mara Krupp in bed was shot but never released in Italy and elsewhere.

Does anyone know who played the prostitute in the GBU deleted scene, my DVD has Marianne Koch listed (even though the it doesn't contain the scene)?

However I have seen a still from the deleted scene and the actress doesn't look like Marianne Koch to me.

Here you go: after several searches on my film databases this is what I came up with.

Marianne Koch is listed as playing Marisol in AFOD. STUDIO SYSTEM (which our company pays thousands of dollars for per year) supports IMDB.

Mara Krupp is listed as playing Mary in FAFDM. Again using both databases, I only find her listed in this role and she never played a postitute. Interesting to note, she is listed in several places as "Mara Krup" just one "p".

Neither women were in GBU as far as credits are concerned and neither played a prostitute nor did any of them end up in bed with Clint. Hope that helps.

I think it is from GBU and it was cut from the final version.

 Did you forget Bill Carson (Jackson)'s girl-friend? She is a prostitute in GBU.At the beginning of a scene, she is pushed down by four drunked singing soldiers. It seems they beated her ,may be raped her.She is angry and insulted them.Sentenza (in English Version Angel Eye ?) waits for her at home and beated her.I remember she was a pretty girl .

Okay, let me put it this way:
The prostitute in bed with Blondie in the missing scene from GBU is most definitely Silvana Bacci, about which I have no doubt. She is not credited.

The girl raped by the soldiers and beaten by Setenza in GBU is most definitely Rada Rassimov, who may well not be credited.

Mara Krupp most definitely  plays the wife of the dwarf Hotel-keeper in FAFDM. Apparently there is a photograph from a deleted scene where she attempts to get in bed with Clint.

Marianne Koch is Marisol in FOD.  

Rosemary Dexter is Colonel Mortimer's daughter, raped by Indio in FAFDM.

I have 3 versions.

The full screen/pan-scan vhs. the LBX vhs & the dvd. The full screen VHS is the most complete version. Both the VHS LBX & the DVD have that cut, & the full-screen VHS has better sound too btw.

No one has mentioned there is also a slight cut at the end of Indio's Jail break scene yet have they ? The camera lingers just a tiny bit longer on Indio, who's laugh becomes somewhat more disturbing & maniacal. Granted these are very small cuts, but once you have seen them, & then watch the Lbx or dvd versions, one tends to miss them.

I wonder what else is missing. I remember seeing an interview with Clint a long time ago in which he said they cut a lot out of all 3 films.
