James Coburn in 'Iron Cross'   James Coburn and Jason Robards in 'Pat Garett', Burt Young  I don't remember where

elam ("the eye") also played alamosa bill/kermit    
                 PG&BTK / peckinpaw, dir.

         shoots good guy deputy played by james best
         "the left handed gun" james dean was going to    
          play BTK after he did "giant" .but alas.
         all three jails are on the 2nd floor.

Aaronson got the first three right, you Kermit got the fourth with Elam. My Name is Nobody(1973) was directed by Tonino Valerii.

leone received no credit  for directing "my name is nobody" w/ valerii...directing also.
scratching my head. maybe leone didn't want his name mentioned.  wonder what the story is behind this

leone himself said that he only directed the seconde team for battle with the wild bunch.
He was producer , not Director.

ahh , shoot aaronson, let's call it a draw. he was one of the 3 producers.  but leone's name is up there as dir. (uncredited) w/ valerii's.

The answer is actually five. Richard Bright played Holly in "Pat Garret & Billy the Kid", and Chicken Joe in OUATIA. His most famous role was Michael Corleone's trigger man Al Neri in the Godfather films.

That was "My Name Is Nobody" . . . unless there was one in GBU too . . .

In "High Plains Drifter" there were gravemarkers with S. Leone and Don S(igel) on them, if I remember correctly.
