Sartana(the original): gets my vote as the best opening. it has well staged action and includes the classic "I am your pallbearer" line.

I am sartana, your angel of death: good intro, but it is missing Sartana.

Have a good funeral my friend, Sartana will pay: A great intro, but it is mostly a carbon copy of the first intro(better film then the first though).

Light the fuse...Sartana is coming:Excellent intro! Great new line by Sartana before he blows the baddies apart!(best in the series!)

Sartana is coming, trade your pistol for a coffin: Garko is sadly missing Cry
The most humorous entry to the series though...

dont tell me dammit!

As for the Hilton one being better than "Angel of death", yes it is. At least I think so. The plot is more confusing than the first Sartana(and I bet you if we re-construct it, it still wont make much sense) But the action is fun to watch and hilton is always a pleasure.

Angel of Death has some nice well done action scenes but others just suffer from bad editing or the directors fettish for hand held camera acrobactics.

that is the one I have as well...
I recently was on the dreadful site SWWB Grin
and according to a thread  I read there is a nice widescreen copy of it from some country you would never dream about going too...

I think it was south Korea or something.
