Yeh, I'm really looking foward to seeing it. I never saw the film before and it looked really good so I decided to get it for x-mas.

"One banana, two banana, three banana, four...."

I found a website where they are selling an expanded pack CD of For a Few Dollars More!!! Extras include a song that was deleted from the movie called An Eye For an Eye which is a lyrical version of the song that plays during the duel between Indio and the husband/father and again during the final duel.

To check it out and listen to a minute of Eye for an Eye, go to this website:

Can anyone make out all the words in the following stanza? There's a few there I can't get.

Let the sun shine upon the sins of Man
Let the sun shine upon my ?????????????
Let the smiles go by in the black night sky
It’s a world of darkness night and day for me

Thanks. Also, can anybody post the Italian lyrics? (titoli?).

Ya measly skunk! A-campin’ on my trail and lettin’ me do the work an’ then shootin’ me in the back. IN THE BACK!

Nevermind, I found the English lyrics here:

I could still use the Italian lyrics however...

The interesting fact is that in the intro to the artifact is said that the songs were picked up from a LP of western songs arranged by Morricone and sung by Peter Tevis. But the singer is then indicated as Maurizio Graf.
BTW, I wouldn't mind having a peek at this LP of Morricone's arrangements.

I finally found the actual lyrics to Pistol for Ringo from that website:

Countries, that know only springtime
And your green fields, with your scentin' of hay
Know Ringo, with his angel face
And a woman, who was waitin' for his return

Cross the canyons he laughed
Down the valley's depth
And he left behind a river of blood
For his life was guided
By a crude law
He only had a mind to get gold

Rivers, you know how is the story
And his laughin' was a pressage of death
Ringo had an angel face
But whenever Ringo laughed, Ringo fired

Thanks Dave Jenkins. It takes months to understand what the hell Maurizio Graf is singing.
