The leaner and meaner promo is now available!
You now have the option of either watching the 5 and 1/2 minute promo or the considerably less lengthy new promo, which runs just shy of 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
The new promo also has improved colors on both the Bats and the Rats.
Please take the time to let us know which promo you enjoy best.
Thank You!

About 24 hours ago I saw that somebody attempted to make the reissue known on the film's wiki page but it was taken down soon after.
Is the website not enough proof for Wikipedia?

I suppose we'll have to wait for the press release before we can get people to believe us.
You would think a video of the restoration of Comin' At Ya! would have been enough to satisfy the suspicions of wiki.

Because, ya know...

Keeping Comin' At Ya!'s integrity alive is what wikipedia is all about... Roll Eyes

This will be great, Eric, if this happens, but I can't help but be skeptical about such an obscure movie getting a wide re-release. The festival circuit, yes, nationwide distribution even in 1,500 theaters, no. Straight to dvd is even more plausible.

Guys, why don't you double-bill it with the re-release of Masters of the Universe? It would be a great maneuver; you'd then see what a full cinema looks like!

This would be a shame as i hear that the 3d would be hard to replicate on dvd. I had the previous dvd and this was dreadfully unwatchable.

The movie itself is pretty terrible anyway whether it be 3D or 2D. Maybe seeing it in 3D would make it a little more bearable. I haven't seen it in a long time so maybe I'll like it a little bit more now.

That Rhino dvd is horrible.
Tony warned them that the 3-D wouldn't work in the anaglyph format much less in the home but they only saw $ signs.
To add insult to injury they fucked up the left and right eye.
You have to turn the glasses backwards in order to get any sense of 3-D (of which there isn't much of).
Daniel Symmes, one of the people who put the Rhino dvd together, recently contacted us on the site to ask us to plug the Rhino dvd.
He was a real prick about it too!
If he comes to us looking for a plug he should have been nicer about it.
When we didn't answer he sends a another mudslinger message and then another.
We're savin' em so we can use them to shut his whiny ass up later.
He's the James Cameron lookin' feller on the top right hand side of the screen in this link...

I never got round to seeing MY BLOODY VALENTINE 3D at the cinema but the reviews of the recent dvd release are very mixed indeed with apparently the 3d effects being not as good on a television set.

Does Tony Antony think he can do a much better job of it than the Rhino dvd?

For the television screen or the cinema?

The new cinema version is miles above the Rhino dvd.

I wouldn't know.

I'm sure by the time COMIN' AT YA! reaches the dvd shelves we'll have tv screens that do some sort of justice to 3-D.
Apparently the coming year's superbowl will be in 3-D, for those who want it.

The original untouched promo is now available for viewing at the site.
Go to the "video" section and make your selection.
