Just a quick post to let everyone know that the film is being screened at 6.20 NFT 1 on Friday 21 July, followed by a conversation with Ennio Morricone. A must - attend if ever there was one!

I hope someone on this board is going to attend. Be sure to ask about the "Sean, Sean, Sean." Juan Miranda, are you on this?

I've already pestered my pal at the BFI about tickets, but it's too early for him to get us some yet. Hope to be there though, and will try and pop the question.

Let's hope the aswer isn't "What the hell are you talking about??"

Be sure to ask about the "Sean, Sean, Sean."

Wait, what do you mean by that?

I think it was about what the three "Seans" represent.
some folks think its John, Juan and the warbeck character(possibly Sean).
This would work only if the song did not have a segement where only two Seans are mentioned in the lyrics. Then again perhaps for that segment they excluded Warbeck and its only meant for John and Juan? or maybe they exclude Juan to comment only on John and his good friend back in Ireland.

I love Morricone's music for this film. The sean chants are my favorite part.
