As a continuation from Blondie's beard, anyone notice Eli's cut on his brow?
I'm having some technical difficulties with the imageshack for a picture but if I get it to work I'll give you a picture. If not, our picture extraordinare, Sadhill, may be kind enough to lend me a hand. Wink

I dont think anybody on this forum would disagree with you on that one...

how did he get that cut? was it during the bridge battle? we would have to see if he had it during the bombed out town sequence to get a general idea of when it happened.

I think it was during the torture scene.

Remeber he has just been shot with a cannon, and, in a cut scene, a cannon has just blew up close to him. It could explain a little cut:)

That's true too but I think if the shrapnel strikes his eye socket it would kill him so the torture scene would make more sense.

maybe the cut was from him rolling on the ground? he could have struck his head on a sharp rock or something Undecided

it scabbed up pretty quickly though...

True. The fall from the horse could've done that.

Try to see if yoy can find it over his eye earlier in the movie. It could've been from another incident.

very close ! someone should start a thread on the close calls on the set. the stand in for guy calloway broke his spine jumping from the second story onto his horse. stepheneli warned leone not to do this and took the afternoon off. leone went ahead anyway. the stuntman's career was finished.

I will need to check but I think the cut is seen throughout the film - don't forget that Tuco jumps through a glass window in the opening scene!
