This morning on ESPN SportsCenter, in referencing the Atlanta Braves game highlights, ESPN overlaid the titles GOOD, BAD, UGLY to highlight three successive plays.  The font used was simple block capitals, and there was no music.  For younger visitors here, before GBU film was released, the phrase "the good, the bad and the ugly" commonly-used now by modern writers was NOT part of the English usage.

I do believe it was RFK who made the term popular . . .?  Or so Mr. Frayling says. Undecided
