Does anyone know the name of a movie about a soldier who became deaf, blind, and had his limbs torn off and doesn't know what happened to him?

Saw it in a theater in Missoula Montana, very disturbing flick.

He looses his whole face he's like a baseball base with a neck that has a scooped out face coverd by a towel.

Most of the flick is flashbacks.
