give "pat garret and billy the kid" a try. james coburn plays garret. I think peckinpah directed it.

I have just watched number 2. Better than the first as it has no stupid love story subplot.
Coburn is playing Chisum and I was amazed that his name was lost among many instead of having a place to himself (also justified by the not irrelevant part he's playing). A shame.

In this interesting site there's a lot of info on the movies. They are not so hot about the Pollard's one.

Oh, oh folks.

I'm currently giving a look at the italian SWdb and I've found this:

http://www.spaghettiwestern.altervista.org/bandito_del_sud.htm

The reviewer says that this is a very good movie and one of the best movies on BTK. And that YOUNG GUNS STOLE EVERYTHING FROM IT!

I'll try for a copy and come back at you if anybody here hasn't seen it.

Got this copy but only in spanish dialogue. It does look rather good (sat down with it for about 10 minutes fast forwarding).
