Oscar-winning actor James Coburn dies at 74

He was typically good in the often gruff roles he played, of which "...Dynamite" is one of my favorites.

One of my favorite memorable lines from him came in Maverick: "I have two-pair: eights...and eights."

He'll be missed...

Agreed.  I always felt that Duck You Sucker ( I saw it in the theater) and Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid were Coburn's best.  For laughs, I enjoy Waterhole #3.

When someone sees Coburn face just after he takes off the helmet at the beginning of Giù la testa (a.k.a. Duck you sucker - and another 3 or 4 titols...), with Morricone's "qua qua music" - as I call it - well, he never forgets it for the rest of his life. This is my opinion.

I agree.The introduction of Sean is ,I think,Leone,s 2nd best introduction of a character,just behind the first shot of Henry Fonda from the point-of-view of the little boy in Once Upon a Time in the West.
