Been wanting to see it for years but it's rather difficult to find. I have only seen it in Virgin record stores but I always hold off from purchasing it.

Have you seen "The Frighteners"?

Of course my horse.I being a BIG Micheal J. Foxx fan have seen it and i love it. But really Dead Alive is probably one of the funniest zombie movies.Might i say funnier than Shaun of the Dead?

Kurugen, did you you see Peter Jacksons other blackly humorous and gruesome horror comedy MEET THE FEEBLES? It's a wild and gory version of THE MUPPET SHOW. If you didn't like BAD TASTE or DEAD ALIVE you probably won't enjoy this either. MEET THE FEEBLES got a subpar DVD release a couple of years ago although a good release should be forthcoming.

Bad Taste was blah but Braindead (Dead Alive) is absolutely genius!

One of my favorite scenes!

Braindead is one of the funniest films I've ever seen. Of course if you can't stand a lot of blood, this isn't your cup of tee. But that baby zombie in the park -scene is maybe the funniest scene ever. If you liked Bad Taste or Evil Dead II you'll love this one. It's been over six months since I last watched this; I gotta watch it again next weekend. This is very far from LOTR trilogy but I can't decide which is better.

Did anybody else catch Jackson's pornographically violent muppet movie MEET THE FEEBLES?

I have it! I bought a box which contains Bad Taste, Meet The Feebles, Braindead, Forgotten Silver and Good Taste Made Bad Taste (making of Bad Taste). It's not as fun as Braindead, not even as fun as Bad Taste, but it has it's moments. It's not as gory as the other two, but it's sicker, perv and disgusting. If you enjoy the other two you can enjoy this one also.

Peter Jackson should be strung up by his short hairs for what he did to King Kong. And that BS Ring Trilogy too.

I thought KING KONG was actually pretty good. Better than I thought.

IMO, KK sucked. It was too long. The best part was when the native tribe attacked. That really made me want to see a serious horror movie by Jackson. Though, he has said he would never be able to make that  stuff seriously.
