they would be of the same statis as:
Stravinsky's Rite of Spring, Petroushka, and Firebird,
Beethoven's 9th, 5th and 7th,
Wagner's Ring cycle,
Bartok's Concerto for Orchestra,
Chopin's Piano Studies,
Ravel Daphis et Chloe,
Stockhausen's Gruppen.

so, guys and gal's, hang on to your copies and make sure they get passed on to your future generations.

You can already consider Leone's movies to be musical. Music, as well as image, is an important theme in his work. His films would not have had anywhere near the same impact if it had not been for Morricone's brilliant scores.

I'd rather think of Domenico Scarlatti's  sonatas or Chopin's Nocturnes or Bach's Brandeburgh concerts. The popular kind, you know.
