No joke. Dead serious. Real shame. Can't wait to see it.

Well, you have guts.

It's so outlandishly stupid that I have no choice but to watch it.

I didn't know you are so hot for "Highnoon". Have you seen Tom Skerritt's version?

Yes. It was made in 2000 for TV. It's worth watching.

I saw it once in TV program and was wondering about it. But I haven't seen it, I wasn't anywhere where a TV would be at the time.

There are two kinds of films in this world:those which stay, even when their genre is forgotten, and those which don't.

wow Judging by the screenshots it seems the creators tried to go for the Italian look. Michael Madsen as Frank Miller is an inspired idea.

Saw this.

Terrible crap.

Will Kane returns to the town from the first and goes up against a crooked lawman.
The town folk, save for a few, don't lift a finger to help again.

The only thing truly remarkable about this movie is they put a squib on a horses head.
Never seen that before. Thought it was interesting.
Everything else was lame.
They didn't even try to make the town look the same.
I can understand if Kane returned after a decade that the town would might have gone through renovation but the movie makes contant reference to the Frank Miller incident being a year prior to this films timezone.
They kept a few of the characters at least. They have that same hotel clerk who doesn't like Kane for whatever reason.
But the more I watched this the more I though... "why?"

Why a sequel? They could have easily replaced Will Kane's name with Bill Payne and it would have been just another tv western.
Why did this have to be a sequel to High Noon? No need for it.

They used the main theme to Forgotten Pistolero for the end credits.
That made me smile.

4/10
