Yes, it was Clint Eastwood. On the tape ;). It was a campaign call for coming up election.  I don't even remember who he was asking me to vote for, but he sure made my day ;D.

I use a less subtle phrase often, "There are two kinds of people in this world, those who like me, and those who I don't know."

And, in other instances "those who like me, and those who can go to hell."

I tell you what,i went right off Arnie when he became a politician and in his new identity as Governer Of California he reminds me of the total sleazebags Arnie fought in many of his action movies-Total Recall and Running Man immediately come to mind :-\

Now I recall Clint was supporting California Secretary of State candidate Bruce Mcpherson. Mcpherson is a Republican. Clint's political stance is conservative. So, that's not a surprise.

Re: Arnie, when he said "I'll be back" as a CA governor, many people (mainly teachers) opposed but believe or not, he still has strong supports. But let's see what happens today.

I'm going to vote now. Gotta choose right people  and right propositions (too many!) for my state.
