R1 Pan&scan. Don't bother with it.

How would you know? They have more than one copy.

Pssssssshhhhhhhh.

Because the pan&scan is the only one available in R1 (unless your library get's R2's which I highly doubt).

You need to broaden your dvd range before you can find a decent widescreen transfer.

They have an Italian language DVD of DYS, so why not? I assume that's Region 2. :P

If that's so then good, but you'll still need a region free dvd player to see DRAH in widescreen (unless you pick up a bootleg from ebay).

Send me the link to your libraries home page.

Nevermind, that doesn't help me.

I was going to see if they had the Japanese print or not to help you out on picking it out.

No thanks.

So just enroll at Pitt and be done with it.  It's not like it's hard to enroll in a university.  You're so lazy, Firecracker.  ;) ;D

Well someone could at LEAST give me recognition for the amazing thread title.

The title made me check the thread. Good title.

Happy?

The library has a Korean version of DYS.

 ???

It's rather safe to assume most places in the R1 area don't sell or supply dvds from another region.

I don't know where you picked up this attitude since I was only trying to help you pick up the right dvd. Most dvds of the titles you mentioned are usually complete shite.

If you don't want my help let me know.

Grogs, Django and Sartana are absolute essentials.  Though I highly recommend that you watch Django in Italian with English subs, that's the way I like it.
