Yeah just saw it to.

Missed it a few days ago because I'm not too computer savvy.

It works for me. Though I wonder why Django doesn't have his coffin. Maybe the guy shooting the famous gatling gun at him stole it from him? BIG MISTAKE.

QT plays the role of "Ringo", the scarred racist that Django kills off within the first 20 minutes of the original.

Hey Sanjuro, is the theme they use at the end the Japanese version of the title song for when the original film was released? Or is it newly created music for this film?

speaking of which, wonder why Blue Underground saw it fit not to include the Italian version in the italian language track of Django?

There probably wasn't an Italian version of the song since the Italians had the US market in mind all along...well....RITA OF THE WEST is an exception.

That is awesome ... I am assuming that it is the same person who sang the English version?

Sorry, I've been missing some postings.

I heard that for this Japanese film, they created a Japanese version of Django song.

Vocal of the English version is by Rocky Roberts. Italian (cover) version is by Roberto Fia.

Italian version is used only in Japan. Here's the reason. Before the film "Django" was released (which by the way,  was released as a sequel to "Fistful of Dollars"), the Italian song by Roberto Fia was on the hit chart for awhile already and his EP record (released as "the original soundtrack" record even though it actually was a cover version) was a top seller in Japan. So, the film distributor couldn't use the original English vocal anymore. They replaced the original Rocky Roberts' English song with Roberto Fia's Italian song on the Japanese release prints. As a result, it lead to a law suit, which is really like a sequel to "Fistful of Dollars."

This is the Japanese EP record with the Italian song by Roberto Fia released as "the original soundtrack" which was a phenomenal hit. The design is similar to the Japanese "Django" poster. I like this design.

Somehow Roberto Fia is credited as "Berto Fia". Side B is "Instrument" version which is also different from widely known "instrument" version in Europe and US.

This is probably the most complete soundtrack CD of "Django" in the world.

It was released in February in Japan. It contains 37 tracks including both songs in Engllish and Italian and alternate instrument versions.

Anyway to get this off the internet?

I recently missed out in buying a Japanese Django poster (I don't like the other one's from toher countries) from ebay along with an equally nice Japanese BLINDMAN poster.

Here it is. http://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/switch-language/product/B000M2EAKW/ref=dp_change_lang/503-9012644-8805555?ie=UTF8&language=en%5FJP

Japanese Amazon sells to overseas customers also.

I had a Japanese Django poster in Japan but it was ruined  :'(. What a waste!
