 I cannot send over 20 personal messages within an hour. What's up with that!? It's very frustrating.

I think it's preventing us from annoying spammers who might appear unfortunatelly, or somebody like that. Though maybe the limit could be a bit higher?

Give me a break my friend....in recent memory I have not initiated any of our conversations.  You have.  You write multiple paragraph lenght things....and I respond with a sentence or two.  Then--even though you are the only guy initiating, continuing the conversation....you block me!
