case in point.  :D   the penicillinish syiloque between kevin costner and annette bening  in "open range " . they fall in love. there's a lot of men out there today, and i'm going to kill 'em. a made to order gunfight. slash / back to anette walking right thru the line of fire and bitchslaps the bad guy sheriff. and on and on... :-X  miss bening must have watched miles of footage of miss joan crawford slapping everyone in sight in order to execute that scene when she slaps the bejesus out of the sheriff who just stands there and takes it AND he likes it. :-[  i quandary. would angel eyes let a woman slap him ?

also, there's sort of big deal about a real lady not entering a saloon.  :-\

ALL LIES.

If I asked her (right now) what role Lee Van Cleef plays in For a few dollars more she would respond with a "Huh? are you trying to tell me you need money again?"

[/quote]

LOL, I dunno, you never know man, she could be telling the truth. Let's see if she can answer the question.

I have yet to meet a girl who is into Leone, but I can do the next best thing...get her into Leone  ;)

As for Prog-Rock...you mean bands that really prog? I know many who are into more radio friendly prog bands like Yes and Pink Floyd.

If I can ever meet a woman who is as much into Leone as I am I'll ask her to marry me on the spot.  ;)

I got a girlfriend of mine to see Grindhouse with me. Actually during Zodiac she saw the trailer for it the second time, was highly amused and said to me "We have to see that!"

I was speachless. Maybe I can get her to watch a Leone film, may be a little tougher than I expect.

Have her watch Once Upon a Time in the West. The story is surrounded by a female character in Jill McBain. I don't know her but I'm guessing she may like it.

Maybe, I'll find a way to sneak a movie up on her. I did for Grindhouse and countless other movies.  ;)
