Can I ask how do you pronounce "Tsango"?

I was shooting for something like Tsar or Czar.

Thanks for the compliment! I'm working on a Terence Hill drawing currently...not sure if I want it to be Nobody or Trinity. Leaning toward Trinity so that I can represent different film franchises. And then...Sabata. And a nice desktop wallpaper for you guys.

I'm not totally satisfied with this one. The bottom half of his body is too narrow. I'll probably redo it, but in the meantime, here's Trinity.

And here's a preview of what I'm working up for you guys:

That's awesome!

Awesome.

Question: do you know if web comics in general make any money, or are they all labors of love?

I think they can, but rarely do, make money. Scott McCloud has a whole book about how he thinks they can be profitable -- I haven't read it though.

Mine is definitely going to be a labor of love.

So is this going to have a plotline or is it just going to be drawings?

Sabata doesn't show up on my page.

Hey don't forget Sartana!

Haha, yeah -- that's just a placeholder. Expect Sabata next week. And I haven't ever seen a Sartana movie, and Netflix doesn't have any! Maybe he'll come later.

Jon -- it will have a plot. These are just my warm-ups. I'm a hobbyist artist, and I have no training so I can't just whip stuff out like Jean Giraud! But I've got a mini-story already planned out to introduce one of the characters. Now it's just a matter of drawing it!

Finally got my scanner fixed. Here's a completed wallpaper for you guys to enjoy. After increasing my knowledge of spaghetti westerns, I decided: Screw Sabata, Sartana's the man! The tone's a little different for the Sartana art, but I hope you don't mind too much.

I hope you guys enjoy!

Also, the web comic proceeds at a snail's pace. I got a title card and a panel done before deciding to scrap the story I'd been working with:
