Thank you...I had to look up the word in the dictionary to spell it myself!  ;D

Yeah it is a rather interesting nick..

About your "un-cut versions" comment above, you're absolutely right.  There's nothing like the originals and being able to rewind or fastforward to the best parts...once you've seen the movie all the way through at least once of course.  Welcome.

That's the problem of English. In Czech we just say it as it is spelled. Good puzzle for English speaking people. *plotting* :D  Welcome!

Thanks to both of you! Actually, I don't think I ever have fast-forward(ed) through a Sergio Leone movie.  I've watched them over and over and that 'tension build-up' aspect never dies for me!
Marmota-b, yes, I understand about that.  Some English words are ridiculously spelled.  The word "Wednesday" is one of my favorite examples.  Why all the extra letters?! ;)

;D Yes, that's a good example students of English meet very soon!

How would you spell it? A word is more than its pronunciation, it also contains clues of its etymology. Why give up the indicators that Wednesday is derived from "Woden's Day"?

The bigger problem I see is "how would you read it?" ;D

Welcome, Ringo.  Nice avatar and caption: "God created men equal...."

You'll find we're a pretty friendly bunch here at the Sergio Leone Web Board.  We prefer someone who smiles at us, especially if he's carrying a gun.  But when a feller who's the spit and image of Beauregard Bennet rides into town, carrying a gun and not smiling, then we begin to worry.
