I have the sad task of informing all visitors to this site (if you haven't heard already) of the death of our beloved "Harmonica"...

Just learned about it myself and strolled over here to see if anyone had already written about it.

Rest in peace, Charlie B.

Me too.  Cry Actually, I came across this information on a James Bond site of all places.   Wink So, R.I.P. Harmonica.  We'll miss you.

  In Memorium:
"I saw three of those dusters a short time ago - they were waitin' for a train.  Inside the the three dusters there were three men.  And inside the three men were three bullets."

R.I.P. Harmonica, you will be missed. Charles Bronson was one of my favorite actors. But August 30th, 2003 was my brother's 18th birthday, kind of coincidental but I felt like sharing that.

I remember looking inside a newspaper that week...
They had a shot of The Magnificent Seven

The Magnificent Seven: (left to right) Yul Brynner, Steve McQueen, Horst Buchholz,
Charles Bronson, Robert Vaughn, Brad Dexter, and James Coburn.

Bucholz who played 'Chico' died in March of this year.
And Brad Dexter who played 'Harry Luck' passed away this time last year.

Robert Vaughn is the only one still with us from this picture.

May they RIP.

i watched the magnificent seven recently and bronson's character was my favourite. it was very upsetting to find out he had died only recently making claudia cardinale and gabriele ferzetti the only survivors of the five.
