I'll try to find out who actually owns the land.  There were no signs there, and no barriers, nothing that said "stay out".  There's lots of land out here that is Indian Reservations, not fenced off or anything.  I have to travel today (I don't like to fly) so maybe next week.....

Hi guys,

I am currently vacationing in the 4 Corners area and actually visited what’s left of the arch a few days ago (thank you Cusser for the directions on how to arrive to the arch !!! Afro).  I took many pictures and some videos. I will post the pictures on a different thread. Posting the video will take longer, as I will have to edit it.

Going back to the original question, the arch is located about 7 miles SW of Mexican Hat, and that is Navajo Nation land. There is a good chance that the arch location is Tribal Trust Land. So assuming that the Navajo Nation owns that land, a good starting point would be contacting them with the relevant questions. Here is their main website.
