Nothing special but well-made adventure western. with a touch of comedy and good production values. The plot revolves around the vicissitudes of two bank robbers (Steffen-SAbata and Fajardo) who, after a failed robbery in the bank where Larwrence is a clerk, decide to get in cahoots with him to make a coup during the transportation of 300.000 $. The heist is successful, but other people want the money.
The rhythm is good, never boring.

Yes i watched Viva Sabata!only the other day,i'm not sure about the jazzy musical score but otherwise this is an entertaining sw comedy which surprisigly turns nasty at the end.

I liked this one a good bit.
I think it turns nasty long before the finale. Some where around the mine shootout I think it starts turning a bit heavy.

Never thought Fajardo could pull off a comical Tuco type role but he does it (The best performance in the film).

Squibs are actually used for most of the gunfights which is a rarity with the genre.

The X-rated dvd http://xploitedcinema.com/catalog/arriva-sabata-cover-p-11895.html comes with a fan film titled NO MERCY FOR THE HUNTED. It's surprisingly watchable but a bit overlong.
