Wow, we agree on something kurug3n. I do not think the original "HULK" with Eric Bana sucked at all. The reason why many people hated it is because Ang Lee did not feed us action right off the bat in the opening minutes of the film. He took his time developing the story, and the characters which I didn't mind at all. Sure, at times the CGI looked weak, and Hulk kind of looked cartoonish, but other times he looked great. Yes, the film had some flaws, but what movie doesn't? I thought it was a great start to the series, but the film got a ton of backlash and that's the reason of the re-start.

I love the casting choices so far, preticularly Edward Norton who is one of the most talented actors in Hollywood today. He's very picky when it comes to choosing films. Him taking this role is a good sign the script is solid. I'm excited and cannot wait.

I always had a problem with the movie, never how the Hulk looked.
The scenes in between The Hulk's military base escape and his raid on San Francisco are among the best action sequences in any super-hero movie.

The first movie was weak, probably because it was the first in the series and so it's goal was to tell the story of Bruce Banner, and not to focus on superhero fighting and Hulk's enemies.
Therefore the second should be much better.

It may not be a direct sequel to "Hulk" but it's a SECOND FILM. It's like with the Batman franchise. Yes, "Batman Begins" may not be a direct sequel to "Batman and Robin" but it is the 5th Batman film.
