Nope. The European version is the same. The blackout is in all versions from what I've read. There is no footage of Claudia with her shirt off.

I dunno. I remember talking about this with a bunch on here a while back and according to everyone, her ample bosom is never shown. Plus, it has been known that Claudia has never revealed herself  on screen.
