Wow, Bronson is so badass as Harmonica. Leone really got the best out of him.

Yes, main difference between thiese four guys is the fact that Harmonica has a deep past (actually everyone does, but only his we actually see in the movie), and MWNN is without past. As a result Harmonica is a much more complex as a character, and perhaps we care more about him, because we know more about him and his tragic past.
To be honest: personal vendetta will always be more powerfull motif then gold chasing.
I must say Harmonica. He is the most powerfull character in the movies (at least for me).

I agree with you all.
Just want to add, that you don`t forget the dialog among Harmonica and Cheyenne:
Cheyenne: ... that`s thousands of dollars, hundreds of thousands of dollars, thousands of thousands...
Harmonica: that`s called millions...
Cheyenne: millions..., millions of dollars..., mmm...
I think that I got it right.

Thank you for correcting me. My english is far from perfect, so don`t mind if I sometimes make a mistake like I did here.
I knew that I wasn`t wright it correctly, but I didn`t know better.
O.K. "Cheyenne" it is!

Glad to meet you Carson, I'm Lincolns Grandfather.
Seems like peolple have got this ALL WRONG.
Eastwood is the better anti hero. We learn about Bronsons reasons for his "Heroism" and heap on the sympathy.
With Clint however, we know nothing. well I suppose "There was no one there to help" once, but Clint was just making that up to make Julio and Marisol feel better !
If it came down the draw, Eastwood again. Bronson took a bullet against a measily 3 sun stroked show offs. Clint comes into town after riding a Mule for hours and hey quad pine boxes needed.
Line delivery, yep Clint again. theres too many examples to list. Look at his opener in GBU.
"Yeah, but you don't look like the one who'll collect it" Which pretty much indicates a running theme of money swapping owners and such.
Bet ya can't tell I'm a Clint fan.

It's a hard one to call...
Clint's a great action hero, with a sort of Bond feel in his quips and style, wheras Harmonica's a more deep character.
Personally, I'll have to go for Monco.
