So I go to the mall today, and see the totally-awesome-looking new DVD of "Duck You Sucker" in not one, but three video/entertainment stores! I've been trying to conserve my money for college, but since it's here, I figure, why the hell not buy it?

Guess what it cost at all three places?

Guess?

Twenty-six f***ing dollars and ninety-nine cents!

Thank you, no! >:( I guess it will have to wait along with "Gandhi" and "The Lion in Winter" (and many, many others) for when I have sufficient funds that I can buy whatever the hell I want. :'(

That's bullsh*t! I can't believe people get away for selling a DVD for that much money. I'm sorry about that Groggy! :(

I bought the OUATITW SE for like ten bucks within a month of its original release. :P I realize that's not usual, but come on - $27 for a thirty-five year old movie!?! :(

It's kind of compliment (if you really want to think it that way) but on the other hand...it's robbing!

$27 for a month old dvd that has been getting a lot of buzz.

Doesn't seem unusual to me.

I'm glad that the movie is finally getting some attention.

The amount of reviews of the movie on imdb have increased like crazy.

What pisses me off even more is when studio's release bare-boned dvd's and then a couple months later re-release it again with more features. That's what burns me.

Oh! I just transposed it to euros and now it doesn't look so bad anymore. 19,71 euros isn't bad. I'd pay that for any of Leone's films.

Oh! And I totally forgot that it's 2 discs.

A lot of two disc dvds are 30 bucks.
