HAHAHA, I do love that scene. It's hilarious.

I was thinking "I bet nothing has changed in Scotland"

Yeah that and Ireland.

Sean Connery, Scotland's most famous export, refuses to return to Scotland when the English still rule them.

Connery should still go back there though. It is after all his homeland ya know.

I love Connery's work but I'm mad he declined to be in the up and coming Indiana Jones Film. He says he's enjoying retirement to much. COME ON Sean, You're an actor, you've been retired for 40 years for god sakes!

I dunno how somebody could not be blown away by this film. The emotion's that this film gets out of you is something rare.

1.They watch it and could care less (like me)

2.No its not Afro

Well Groggy, you are trully one of the hardest critics I've ever come across. I dunno how somebody could not be blown away by this film. The emotion's that this film gets out of you is something rare. It's incredible, period.

You're yelling at me instead of the guys who are slagging off on it as a terrible movie!? What's your problem dude? Huh

Groggy, relax. I wasn't yelling at you. I'm just having a conversation with you because you at least have something to say and you like to back up your opinion's. I'm not getting mad because you're disagreeing with me.

Yeah, but you said the exact same thing about my opinion on "Gladiator". I'm a harsh critic because I don't give every movie a 10/10? Okay, I guess that's a valid statement. . . Roll Eyes

I honestly don't think there's anything special in "Braveheart". Is it an entertaining film? Yes. Is the cast generally good? Yes, but not great except Patrick McGoohan. Are the battle scenes well-done? Yes, for the most part. But so far as I'm concerned, there isn't anything that reaches out and grabs me to pull me into the movie. It just lacks that indefinable "something" for me to give it a great movie rating (8/10 or higher).

Ok, I'm sorry I called you a harsh critic. It doesn't mean I'm putting you down. It's ok to agree to disagree Groggy. No harm done.  Smiley
