Tough call for me.
Their both brilliant!
I prefer the title theme of the second film but the first has more variety and THE SLAUGHTER is hard to beat (although the track is used horribly in the film).

I'll think about this one before I vote.

Yes both excellent soundtracks. Afro

The score RETURN OF RINGO is low key and very melancoly while in contrast the themes in PISTOL FOR RINGO are very catchy and uplifting so i voted for the latter. Smiley

Although I haven't seen the films I have the soundtrack to them on CD.

I prefer A Pistol for Ringo because of the catchy main theme.

"Countries that know only the springtime,
And you green fields, with your scentin' of hay,
Know Ringo with his Angel Face,
And the woman who was waiting for his return.

Cross the canyons he laughed,
Down the valley's depth,
And he left behind a river of blood.
For his life was guided by a crude law,
He only had a mind to get gold.

Rivers, you know how is the story,
And his laughin' 'twas a presage of death.
Ringo had an angel face,
But whenever Ringo laughed, Ringo fired."

Classic.

The main theme for the "sequel" is just as catchy, if not, more so.

I like the main theme for the first Ringo movie better.   Tongue

Yes, but not in Region 1.

Of course, we're always getting screwed.
