http://www.dvd.it/page/dett/arti/983811/nv/LIB.SPO/dizionario_del_western_all'italiana.html

Just bought. No pictures but about 800 movies from all countries reviewed, filled with interviews (not all of them original) and all kind of informations. A must buy for whoever can read italian and, maybe, even those who can't.

From all countries? That doesn't make sense to me...

It seems like a great thing, but I'm afraid I can't understand Italian that well... Cry

There are two kinds of films in this world:those which stay, even when their genre is forgotten, and those which don't.

For example, Lemonade Joe is included.

That's a good Italian western. Grin

Western all'italiana doesn't mean italian western, but western italian style. That leaves room for more products than simply westerns produced in Italy.

I'm not sure if Lemonade Joe is Italian style... but who knows. Not me. Maybe in the dictionary I would learn about how it can be... if I could understand Italian better.

Translate Western all'italiana as non-Hollywood Western and you're there.
