Hey I just noticed in the photo that Coburn has a book in his back pocket.



How ironic would it be if that was the book he tosses in the mud after Juan's speech about revolutions?

Did she say it was a shot in the movie and eventually cut by Leone?
If so, what was the story line? Was there another ménage à trois reference?

She says it's a deleted flashback scene where the three of them are racing horses through the meadows.
