This just came to me recently when watching DYS.

Juan & the gang and Villega were travelling at the same time yet somehow Villega managed to arrive at the cafe first and be at work on a patient before Juan gets there.

I would that Villega would know where to go as where Juan had just wanted to go find the Mesa Verde Bank.
