The first impression was good and the film manages to keep you interested quite for half time. An unjustly condemned ex-convict returns in town after 10 years in the pen and is scorned by everyone excepts his ex-woman. A gang of outlaws led by Fajardo, Lulli and Camardiel comes to town to rob a bank to discover they are a day ahead of time. So have to wait for the gold to arrive and, not to run risks, keep the town in thrall. At first you think this is the Steven Seagal movie kind where a single men in an enclosed area manages to get the gang memebers one by one. But after a first exploit the hero (Hill) gets captured and stays so for the second third. You start wondering how his lady has such an easy access to him and doesn't get the chance to free him. ALso you wonder why Lulli and Fajardo (who were responsible for his imprisonement) have such a hard time putting a bullet in his head to stop him from discovering and revealing to the other gang memebers that they have have been defrauded by their leaders of the money supposedly stolen by Hill. Then a comic (well, I don't think anybody ever laughed to this) intermezzo with saloon girls led by Herlin who engage in battle with the bandits (can you imagine it?). Then the hero is freed and the elimination of the bandits after he gets the truth from Lulli. This gets 5\10 only because the actors manage to stay serious all the time and  manage to give good performances.
