If its anything like Few Dollars More which they showed a few weeks back it will be a pan and scan, adverts everything 15 mins plus news break.

They showed FDM around 6PM, all the Indio flashback scenes were cut, anyone watching for the first time wouldn't have known Mortimer's reason for revenge, unless they guessed it. They even cut the gunshot sounds when the mother and child were shot, which takes place off screen anyway!

I saw GBU once on Spike TV or TNN, whatever it's called, in a two-hour time slot.  Two hours, no kidding. Shocked  Whole subplots were gone, scenes not even dealt with.  It actually jumped from Blondie and Tuco riding along looking at the map, and then cut right to them walking to the bombed out church.  And no Ecstacy of Gold, and it cut directly to the shootout.

We salute you morons at Spike TV!  You've mangled another movie! Grin

Me either.  I can see someone sitting down and watching GBU for the first time and not quite sure what to expect and then getting this hack job.  The horror! Smiley

Just noticed in the credits in most of the TV mags that Rada Rassimov gets top billing with Clint, Lee and Eli.  Very Strange for someone who's in the film only about 30 secs...

But she worked them off like a man. That's why she gets credited so high, people recognize it.

GBU being shown on Five tonight in UK. But no widescreen. The cretins. Ive seen GBU on ITV (idiots), Channel 5 (idiots), and only the enlightened types on Channel 4 have shown it in widescreen. Bloody pan and scan.
