Usually when I'm nearing the end of filming a movie I dislike everything I've done. Then when I watch it from beginning to end I feel proud.

I could answer this for him. 

No... not YET  ;) but he will be showing it in a Miami Beach Cinematech. This is the same place where Firearm had its first debut and also where he hosted the Spaghetti Western month film festival featuring screenings of four of Leone's films.

nah... if anything, it would be the other way around. It is a part of a portfolio, and I'd advise FC not to show his "portfolio" to anyone yet.  At least the only people he should be showing it to would be anyone who could help finance his next film.

I'd have to send you a dvd copy.
I never put the link up in the first place (ask Silenzio for it) and I don't know how to get there.
I wouldn't recommend seeing it through that download though, it looked bad.
All attempts to put it up on youtube have been doomed to failure.
