  I saw that last night at IMDB.  Kinch and Newkirk were always the coolest of the "Heroes." O0

This is really a bad stretch going on.  Too bad.  Definitely a pioneer in television.  He was one of a small group of African American faces on television at that time.  A very prolific director. I remember his directing credits from a lot of those television shows like The Waltons.  Did see his Trouble Man.  Not a very good blaxploitation film.....known more for the kick ass soundtrack by Marvin.  Donít believe Iíve seen all of Nothing But A Man (always seemed to pick that video up but never checked it out), or The Spook Who Sat By The Door.  Would like to check those out.  I remember his small part from Car Wash, because it seemed he wasnít out in front of the camera as much after Hoganís Heroes. RIP.
