I've always liked Dave Van Ronk's version myself.

Spirituál kvintet - Válka růží

Which is a Czech version of some English folk song, sung by Peter, Paul and Mary, as far as I know - but I don't know the original. I just know they changed the lyrics, and the Czech version is about the War of Roses.

There are two kinds of films in this world:those which stay, even when their genre is forgotten, and those which don't.

Ride My See-Saw - Moody Blues

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hoOsXsNYGLY&feature=related

I heard this song in the late 60's as it was used for a brand of liquor commercial and I have discovered what song it was and who sang it only yesterday. But the strange thing is that, for some reason, I always thought it was a Moody Blues' song. It is one of the few songs which are actually better than the memory of them.

Claudia, we need you to appear in LOST COMMAND. It's gonna revolutionize the war genre. What did you think of the script?

Ever heard this, Banjo, by my favourite British group (after the Beatles):

You do not seem to go for fast tempos, do you?

I hadn't heard that song but i like it very much thanks.

I sing folk songs basically. The miserable songs are the best i think and these do tend to be slow ones.

Me, I will always take Yellow Submarine over them.
