That's what I'm wondering too. I've been mulling over whether i should get it or not and now this is really gonna fuddle things up. Take into consideration, that restoration is an incredibly time and monetary expense (at least it seems like it) so by the time a restored version hits shelves you might as well have just seen this version. At least when it is restored it'll probably get a run at every arthouse in the country.
