I just got 179 min long japanese ultimate edition DVD:)

the back cover says: 178 min. but my dvd player counts 179 min.
I have not watched it yet , I will write if there are new scenes or long shots

Is there a longer version available that you know of? It would be great if someone would have found and put on DVD the missing Socorro scene, or the cannon battle between Blondie and Tuco, etc.

As far as anyone knows, those no longer exist, and I don't think Socorro was even edited together at any time.

there is nothing new, all extras are the same.It has 2.1 , 5.1 english and italian mono audio and different menu section,that's all
