Taggart (1964)

This has a tremendous start, but the middle part in the abandoned mission is too long and contrived (the character of Consuelo and his moronic hubby are there only to push the plot ahead). The protagonist has a good figure and a great voice but reminded me of Virginia O'Brien as to facial expression. Anyway Dureya alone, hamming it throughout, is worth the price of ticket. 7\10
