Angel Eyes, I believe it must be " Red Sun" in which a samurai, played by Toshiro Mifune, finds himself lost in the Wild West with a very talkative Charles Bronson.

Forgive both of them, they were accompanied by Ursula Andress!

Its actually quite good. little gem
The paring of Bronson and Toshiro is a bit creeky in places but its enjoyable stuff. They play off each other quite well.
It also starred Alain Delon as well. The Stories core  is about a samurai sword which is stolen on route through the west.
Directed by the original British Bond Movie maker Terance Young.
The only really decent British Euro Western made..
Sean Connery/Bridget Bardou/Woody Strode. Shalako the only other exception

Mifune's english isnt great, he hadnt been learning too long, and pleaded with the makers not too be dubbed in post production. but the genius of his acting was always more what he did with his facal expressions and body language.

But Yeah, its also one of Bronsons most animated performances, if you put it up againist granite statuesque Harmonica in OUATITW.
Hes almost a different being in that film..

I especially liked the "mosquito" scene in Red Sun.

Rented this VHS along with Mag7, It has Bronson and Mifumi a gunman & samurai teaming up to recover a stolen samurai sword and Bronson's part of a double cross booty. Bronson is great and so is Mifumi. A real SW/Samurai genre blender. My only complaint was the Pan & Scan.

Looks like it was shot in Almeria and I even think I saw Cattle Corner Station minus the expansive deck of railroad ties. Had the windmill and the water tank, and sounded as if someone had oiled it finally, lol.  Also showed the cane field used in The Big Gundown, and recognized the dry creek beds ond other familiar landscapes. Lot of great shots and for bonus had Ursula Andress as a whore showing a bit of skin and Capuchin as a whorehouse madam.

Capuchin played Clouseau's wife in the first movie I ever saw Claudia Cardinale the 'Pink Panther, she also was in North To Alaska with John Wayne, she was an underused beauty from the 60's.

I'll definitely get this movie if its ever released widescreen on DVD.

I have no idea what the transfers to these look like but one is apparently widescreen.

Well, very strange. Bronson is almost not himself Cheesy He TALKS!

And Mifune isn't himself - he isn't hyperactive and crazy.  Grin

Delon was not the guy for westerns. He was a beautiful angelic gangster, doomed to die in all his movies.  Afro Cry

I picked up a cheap 3 dvd (pan & scan) from HMV recently. Its entertaining alright with the two leads playing well off each other but nothing special really that would make me watch this again in a hurry. Undecided

My rating 7 out of 10.
