A hippie tree huggin' scifi movie...

Flawed but very enjoyable.
Pulled off the whole one man cast thing (after the first half hour) brilliantly I thought.
I could have done without the preachy song segments though. :P

It's funny that no matter when the movie is supposed to take place you can always pin point when the film was shot due to everybodies hairdos.


Been reading through IMDB and there seems to be many complaints about the robots having feelings.
Perhaps I have to watch it again but I don't think the Drones started to have emotion until after the Bruce Dern character had been alone on the ship for several weeks.
The emotions the robots transmit could be only in Dern's own mind.
It could be seen that way.
