Andre De Toth directs this western starring Gary Cooper caught in between the blue/gray in the civil war (spoiler free account). The cinematography is great, De Toth has a great eye for framing (no, really, the guy had one eye): some nice scenery/landscapes. The plot is rather unusual for a western, meaning there are twists, some predictable, some rushed and a bit convoluted. Overall, this is a pretty solid effort, certainly worth seeing.

Claudia, we need you to appear in LOST COMMAND. It's gonna revolutionize the war genre. What did you think of the script?
