Dir Edwin L. Marin. Randolph Scott,  is an ex-gunfighter who  shows up in Ft. Worth to start the  town's first newspaper.  He fears that he might have to take up his guns again when a rival and a gang of outlaws rides into town. Its watchable but I wouldn't go out of my way to look for it.  With David Brian   , Phyllis Thaxter, Helena Carter,  and child actor Dickie Jones who you'd swear was actor Gary Burghoff who played Radar O'Reilly in TV's M*A*S*H.  A lot of processed shots in the beginning . Another forgettable soundtrack 6/10

I'd give it a 7\10 because of the undefinable character played by David Brian. Dickie Jones should have been shot on the spot, though.
