don Miguel also possessed a dynamite singing voice w/ several albums out.
hey, the dude was on the big screen and he like split man.  somebody mentioned don Miguel
had a smile on his face during the Baxter massacre.
that was all fake. if you'd been there w/ ramone you'd be smiling too. if  Joe wouldn't come to town
there were more record deals rolling in for don.

Tom Betts at the SWDB:

"The Antonio Prieto who played Don Miguel Benito Rojo was Anonio Prieto Puerto who was born in Aspe, Spain in 1914 and died
of a heart attack in Madrid, Spain on March 3, 1965. This makes more sense as the recently deceased singer, actor is only 4 years
older then Clint Eastwood and the actor playing Don Miguel looks to be a much older actor."

Oh dear. That's complicated. Is there a photo of the older Antonio Prieto anywhere?

 Smiley Hi gringos....!

It has been a long time since I posted something andů  here I am again to clear the doubt. As Tom Betts said upper, the actor who played Miguel Rojo is the spanish Antonio Prieto Puerto. The other Antonio Prieto, who recently passed away the last year, was the chilean singer and actorů who would not have any relation with the movie. Reading the book of Carlos Aguilar (spanish writer): "Leone" on page 132 appear: "... as the imposing Antonio Prieto, with his frog eyes and amazing face devoured by smallpox..."  To exit of doubts I questioned directly to Carlos Aguilar and told me it was a contemporary with the same name  confirming  this matter.

Antonio Prieto Puerto

If I understand correctly, the man's family name was Prieto Puerto? Have I got that right? (So I can put the entry in the correct place in the SL Encyclopedia).
