AngelEyes, NOOOO!

I`m not sure about how many year old he is. But I can tell you that I met to him (face to face) around 3 years ago in a sale of horses and he looked good. I have thought go to talk him and ask him a lot of question but I haven`t had time to do this. I`m usually go to get icecream at the "Bravissimo" and when I asked for him the manager have told me: He came here from time to time. He doesn`t have a special day.

Well Christian, did you ever talk to The Man?   Ask him if he knows about a certain "cash box"

And what if your hand should shake a little?  And that Gringo so fast on the draw.

Yes, Christian, if you ever manage to make that interview, it will be the most welcome thing here, I guess.  ;)

I would like to know, why did they name him Benito in Italy and Miguel in other countries? It really disturbs me. I have DVD in Italian with subtitles and he is called Benito, but there is Miguel in the subtitles... that's really crappy.

That's crazy!

Yes! It's completelly stupid. Why did they do such thing?

I have to add a quote from other of my favourite films, Local Hero...
"He had a name. Two names!"

According to the Internet, Antonio Prieto is also a successful singer, he scored a hot with 'La Novia', look it up. I never knew Don Miguel could sing? He missed up on his calling in life, going into crooning instead of bootlegging.

I guess it had something to do with there being no musical records back in his days...

But thanks for the info.

He's not a saint though, remember all the shots of him enjoying the Baxter massacre? Smiling, laughing....

if you wanted to know about antonio prieto who plays don miguel, heres all i could find.

born in chile

often credited as anton prieter

first movie Federales y unitarios (1927)

most recent movie Flor salvaje (1968)

not sure if he's alive or not.

if then keep up the good work.

if not then maybe he'll finally escape from people like esteban and ramon.

I don't know... he looked older than 37 in the film to me... but that might be just my usual bad age-guessing skills.

RIP Don Miguel  :'(

So he was only about 38 when FOD was filmed? He seemed a lot older than that...

There are three types of people in the world, my friend: those who can add, and those who can't.
