Hi there,

I absolutely love those Spaghetti Western duster coats, and I always read that Once upon a time in the West made half Paris wear those dusters in 1968.

Does anybody know any source where to get dusters that look like the ones from OUATITW?

Thanks,
Andre

Take a look at this site, I've not acually used them so can't vouch for them personally.

Oh yeah, make sure you have your sound turned on when you view the page.

If you're ever in Chicago you can buy one at this place called Alcala's.  They don't have a website, but if you call they might have a catalog they can mail you.  Huge selection of cowboy hats, boots, everything.  It's in a Mexican neighborhood, a million Mexicans in Chicago and a lot of them are very into the cowboy look.  They have these surrealistic dance clubs where they get all dressed up like cowboys and then slow dance to this really depressing mariachi music.  They grab their dance partner by the butt cheeks and hold them tight to their pelvis with the women's legs between the guys legs and then drag them around the dance floor like that real slow like  ???  What the hell when in Rome looked like a lot of fun to me, but the girls wouldn't dance with a gringo  :'(

I got a duster from Alcala couple years ago for about $250, - no, it wasn't for a dance hall!   Bought it for a trip to a dude ranch in Montana a couple years ago - was by far the best dressed dude.  It's a big hit at parties, I whip it out on a cold night and everyone wants to try it on.  You need a nice Stetson to go with it, my outfit is black on black  8)

And what if your hand should shake a little?  And that Gringo so fast on the draw.

Most Western and horse supply catalogs have them, such as adverisers in Western Horseman magazine.  And for less than $250.

i've allways wanted the one that clint wears when Tuco is making him trail through the desert. but i also love the one that the man who traps the fly in OUATITW wears. they kick ass.
