Understood. Bookmaking has to be a labor of love; the money, if there ever is any, is secondary.
Which is why most of us, who need to earn our livings, can't afford such a time-consuming hobby.
I thank you very much for your Steve McQueen book, though. It continues to provide me with a lot of pleasure.

I'm quite proud of the McQueen book. But it is the main reason why I don't continue (maybe a last PECKINPAH book in Japan),
there were too many McQueen books before ours - though none about his job - acting
, I lost money with that one.

So what's the latest on this? I remember you mentioned it a while ago.

Oh not much really. The first publisher went out of business, the second one fell ill... but all good things are three: I'm gonna ask my Japanese distributor, maybe they have an idea...

Well, keep us posted. Your German Peckinpah book is great as far as I can appreciate it given the language barrier. My Japanese is far better than my German (although that's not saying much since my knowledge of German is terrible
)

Yes, a pity.
I don't have the time really these days, other threads are also concerned...
But all these items (and many more) will be included on the animated picture galleries I just
produced for the upcoming US Blu-ray release....
